I specialize in personal and sole proprietor (self-employed) tax preparation, in the business since 1994. I am registered with the State of California CTEC (California Tax Education Council), which oversees tax preparers in the State of California and requires that we complete 20 hours of continuing education and pass a stringent examination (every year) to ensure that we know what we're doing.

I am also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and can certainly help you with your bookkeeping needs, business or personal.

My philosophy: Taxes suck. But we are obliged to pay them. I will prepare your tax returns and keep your books with the aim of owing as little tax as possible, while still remaining 100% legal and compliant with tax codes and laws.
